I?ve enjoyed my pizzas from here nothing to complain about
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially from management. Pizza was ordered at 6:30pm and did not arrive until 8! Pizza... was soggy and cold, Managment was not helpful at all. Rude to say the least. Will not be ordering from here again. Save yourmoney. Read more

Ordered pizza at 6:16, AFTER we order it tells us it?ll be 89-90 minutes. If we had known that before we would have ordered... something else. Anyways it?s 8pm, still waiting for dinner and we?re starving. I understand that pizza places get busy but damn,let us know ahead of time at least. It said it was out for delivery like 20 mins ago so I?m sure like the other reviews saidit?ll show up cold. Definitely just going to use DoorDash next time. Read more
***Update to my below review: Still no call back from Oliver and nothing offered to make up for the awful experience. This Papa... John's location clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. Don't waste your money. Terrible experience. My pizzas werejust dropped at my door - no knock on the door or anything... by the time we thought to consider the possibility that they mayhave just left without knocking, all the pizzas were ice cold. No quality seal either. Why wouldn't they knock on the door tolet us know it had been delivered?? Called to discuss this with the store manager (Heather), she was awful! No apology, nosolution and then she hung up on me. Later I asked for her supervisors name and phone number (Oliver), we'll see if he calls meback. My family used to love this Papa John's location, now it just seems no one cares about the quality of food or customerservice. Read more
Ordering from here is usually great. I feel like they forget to add the extras from orders when they are added on the order(i.e.... add extra sauce, extra sausage, and more). Also lately I've been noticing my deliveries do NOT have the quality seal to ensurethe pizza was not tampered with by deliveries or doordash. Read more
Nice people. Friday evenings though the wait can be up to 45 minutes so have a plan.
