Had an incident today - 9/8/2022 at 3:59 PM at Holiday Station 2040 Eagle Creek Lane, Woodbury MN 55135. Went to this station to... purchase water softener salt, and some snacks. Upon checking the receipt I noticed the price isn't quite right (even though Inotified the clerk @ register 3, 3334859 Michael the exact kind that I want). I went back to the same clerk and told him that Iwas being charged incorrectly, he then proceed to tell me that the price is right. When I reaffirm that there are two pricelisted for two different kind of salt, "that's what in the system" is the reply that I got with an defensive attitude. Saidclerk then asked another clerk in the blue uniform to help and literally told him (while I was there) that "can you go help him?Dude's complaining about paying too much". I then replied "Excuse me? What is your problem?What do you mean I complained aboutpaying too much when I was charged incorrectly to begin with?". Then same clerk said "I ain't finna going back and forth arguingwith you." I was shocked, not only did Michael refused to check the price, he also proceed to accuse me for arguing with him. Ithen explained to the new clerk who was helping me that there are two different price on it and all, and again I was asking thehelping clerk what Michael's deal was with the attitude. Michael then chimed in and said with a snarky attitude "we are tryingto help you, you need to chill out". I then pointed at the clerk while looking at Michael and replied: "no, he is helping me andyou need to chill out". Not only Michael did not acknowledge that there are two different prices as shown in the pictureoutside, he also accuse me for "complaining about paying too much" and "I need to chill" when he was the one being combative andsnarky. Don't think I will continue to bring my business to this location (gas, snacks, car wash) until I get remedy for today'sincident. Read more

Went for car wash and came out with a broken bug deflector. The store manager simply stated the company policy that the add-on... things are not covered in case of damage. No provision for any refund! new part costs about $50. Beware of this contact-stylecar wash. Read more

All average but one thing. It?s incredibly inconvenient and frustrating to pay for a car wash and then be told to get your... receipt inside. I have to take my baby out and go inside and all that had to happen was an employee replacing the receipt paper.I understand I need to pay at the car wash and do from now on, but don?t catch your customers with an inconvenience like that.It?s happened several times! If you have wheels 20" or bigger do not go to the car wash here. Ruined 20" wheels on my new MDX.

If you are just getting gas fine but don't go into the store - unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I've been inside twice and both... times the young girl with the glasses was not willing to help me finding something and responded very unprofessional. Read more

Car wash is great. Attendant asks if you'd like wipes for your interior before you enter the wash. I was impressed by the car... wash. Staff seem friendly and I have not had an issue here. Granted, I've only been here a few times. Read more
