Service was slow, sub was bland, definitely not better then jersey mikes and on par with subway. In my opinion it?s better then... subway but doesn?t pack the flavor of a jersey mikes!!! Let alone how jersey mikes slices the meat right in front of you!! I?llbe back to try a different sandwich and might change my review then. But it?s a solid 3, not to mention a lot of reviewers areplacing 5 star reviews on a 3 star sub. I eat at Firehouse subs a lot, but this location is one of the best. I had the best Club on a Sub ever here! The staff is very... friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean and tidy as well. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and professionalism! Read more

Mike greeted us as we entered the establishment and remembered our order from last time we visited was amazing. One of our... favorite places to eat. It felt good and honored that he remembered us. I can't believe this place isn't more popular. You can do a garlic bread option, you get a toasted sub in an actual container,... not flimsy wrapping. I highly recommend this place for your next sandwich. Read more
I used to really love this place but after covid it seemed to go downhill. I was there yesterday 11/20/2022 around 2:00 pm. I am... not sure if it was a manager training a new employee but the manager was treating her horribly and talking down to her in frontof the customers and was rude to the customers as well that kind of behavior should not be tolerated at work or in public. Thegirl she was training in seemed very nice and handled the situation well but she does not deserve to be treated in such a way.Just sad. That manager should find a different job. Read more
