I cant believe this location has higher than a 1 star review. Constantly backed up (with multiple people working not just one... employee), messed up orders, and just overall poor customer service. Ive traveled all over the country and dunkin has alwaysbeen my coffee joint of choice, so i can comfortably say this is the worst dunkin donuts in the country. Read more
I've gone three times now to ensure I have an accurate representation of DD. First time was in store, ordered 2 drinks, 1... sandwhich and 1 donut. The sandwhich was terrible, it was cold on the inside. The 2nd time was via drive thru, 5 cars in frontof me. We waited 23 mins in the drive thru, the pumpkin cream drink was amazing. The third time which was today was in thestore, the drink was terrible. I'm not sure what they did to the drink but it was not worth the money. I had to throw the drinkaway. Read more
I was having a really bad morning so I thought I would treat myself to a donut and shake. I knew I was in trouble when the... person who took my money could not make a shake. So after a few minutes another gal came over and was going to make it, iwanted to clarify my order was a shake and not a smoothy, her respone" Yes Mam" very sassy. Then she got a book out to make ashake. What I flipping got was whipped milk. Could not taste the strawberry, it was pourable! I have never ever been sodiscusted with service, more like competency! Cold brew coffee was fairly expensive and somehow tasted burnt? If it's truly a cold brew there shouldn't be any burnt flavor.... Oreo Donut was stale and had a taste like cleaning solution. It's likely they sprayed a surface and set it on top! Truly bad.Hastings location was the same quality as well but at least I didn't pay as much. Read more
