I Come To This Location Daily To Njoy My " Liquid Gold", & Today I Noticed How Professional The Manager Trasie Handled A VERY... Rude Customer..I Was Behind The Customer In Line, & The Customer Was Literally Throwing The Money At Her! How Rude!! I love Caribou and stop every chance I get. I do want to say that this location does NOT offer drive thru, just take out.
I asked for an iced hot chocolate which is more like ice cream and they gave me a hot chocolate with ice in it and it tasted... like watered down chocolate milk. I love Caribou but this one disappointed me. They always get my order right at the one Iusually go to but this location disappointed me. Read more
Steven is the best at making coffee & providing great customer service. If I'm shopping at Lund's and he's not working, I don't... order coffee. The other employees could use some customer service training or at least time their shots correctly. Read more
Poor service. We got there 5 minutes before closing and asked for a quick cup of drip coffee, we were told it had all been... thrown out since they were closing soon. The barista was obviously annoyed we were there and quickly took our orders. I paid fora medium latte, got a small. He stuck them on the counter and turned out the bar lights. I have worked at a coffee shop aswell and closing time is always a breath of fresh air... but you keep serving people well until you actually close. Read more
