25 minute wait in the drive thru. Only 5 vehicles at the time. I don't understand why. You have pre-fabricated sandwiches... that only need to be heated up. The Bruggers/Caribou combo places can make custom sandwiches - with literally half of the staffyou have at this location - in half the time. I realize it's a great place for locals to hang out and kids to work at, butthere is ABSOLUTELY no hustle at this location. Being polite and courteous is done rather well -- but you're serving fast foodin the drive thru at the pace of a sit down cafe with servers taking orders. A lot of these franchise locations making pre-madeheated up foil sandwiches are the same way -- consistently slow. I usually end up going to the Sun Ray Mall locationspecifically for that reason. Over $3 for a watered down coffee! Caribou is done for. No organic coffee either which is very odd considering more people are... going organic. I never go to Caribou but was in desperate need of caffeine. Could not believe they charge over $3 for a mediumcoffee. Won't be back ever again. Read more
I really only drink Caribou Campfire now and this is only when we travel to see my inlaws once a year. Sorry Starbucks, There... is NOTHING that compares. Only suggestion I have for improvement is to please work your way to the south and east to openlocations. I have bought the coffee beans but for some reason not the same! Read more

Consistently mess up my order. I frequently order a DARK chocolate hot chocolate and 50% of the time they give me milk... chocolate. Twice, they have put caffeine in my child?s chocolate cooler - when I specified CHILD?s Chocolate cooler. They?vealso given me a Cookies & Cream cooler when I have ordered a chocolate cooler (my daughter has Celiac Disease and can?t have thecookies.) They have been topping my daughter?s frozen hot chocolate with caramel instead of chocolate. And, the last few daysthey could not make a Hot Apple Blast because they were out of Apple juice.
