I visited this location on Friday, July 22nd at around 8:45am. The cashier (heavy set woman dark hair with glasses) walked away... when it was my turn to place an order. I stood there awkwardly waiting and embarrass as other costumers noticed as well as I didshe had left me behind completely ignored after glaring at me and walked away without saying a word. A few minutes past and shecame back and asked do you need anything in a not so friendly tone of voice, I said yes I would like to order something to whatshe replied we have a long line of people waiting for orders right now, I responded so are you telling me you have stoppedtaking orders at this time because you are too busy? She quickly got very defensive and said well no, but you have to wait fortoo long if you order anything. At this point I knew I was not welcome here and she was denying service to me for being aminority (brown skin woman), and I was not going to get anywhere. I have never been humiliated to this extend, or felt racism tothis level. I walked away across the hall to order from Caribou instead. I will never visit this location again. I hope peopleof color read this review, and not visit this location as I would hate for anyone to experience the racism and humiliation Iexperience that day. Read more
The food itself is five stars , but I have to give a one star review because the staff is so bad. There were EIGHT employees... there and not too many customers and they still had terrible customer service. They took the lady's order behind me even afterI told them I was there first and then the cashier didn't know how to get the bar code off the app. It would be much better tohave three people working there who knew how to do their jobs than eight people who don't.
