I called ahead to order my grinder of choice, and it was ready when I arrived. They truly craft each order one at a time, so it... does take a few minutes. There was a help wanted sign posted and I thought they seemed quite organized and proficient, despitebeing short-staffed. I will be the first to admit that I favored another deli or breakfast place in town for a very long time until I gave the deli a... chance one day and they are now one of my favorite places hands down. The owners are so sweet, they are very dedicated,everything is made with thought with fresh ingredients, cooked perfectly every time.
