I... ordered a burrito, 30 minutes later and my order is not ready, I decided to ask for my money back because 30 minutes for aburrito is a long time to wait. 2 girls tell me that they can't return my money back and an old man comes out and tells me thathe won't return the money, that if I want he will only return half, I told him again that I don't want the order anymore and heanswers as follows I'd rather lose a client than return your money, that's exactly what he said. which is impressive to hearsince customers are what keep a business running. Normally would gave this place 5 star but today for not taking care of the customer u get a one star my order was incorrect and... u refuse to refund the money on the one burrito. If u cant hear me on the phone u need to ask the customer to repeat that iread what i ordered from a text message so i didnt get it wrong and i order them in separate sentence so there would be nocufusion and u still got it the wrong not the first this has happen to the person i ordered for. Today my kids were desperately asking for carne asada fries and as I was searching for restaurant menu's on google I came across... their website and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had online ordering. A huge + in my opinion and the reason for my 2stars! Menu was clear and pricing was ok. I really liked that you could choose a time to pick up, as I was still at work and itwas atleast a 30 minute drive. so I chose a later time.. was satisfied with my purchase until I was clocking out of work andreceived a text that my order was already ready ???? on my way there I was praying my food wouldn't be cold lol when I got tothe drive through (about 30 minutes later) as I was waiting for my food to be bagged I glanced over at the menu and saw theprice for the fries was a $1.50 less on their board then online. I'm really not the type to complain, since I had already payedonline I didn't want to make it a big deal. This place is definitely a little hidden gem! Tacos are tacos, nothing special, but still delicious! Tortas are some of the... best I've had. Horchata definitely tastes pretty homemade.
