We were asked for our drink order before we sat down. The food took almost an hour to come to us, but pie was brought out at the... very beginning. The waitress got us everything we needed when the food came but didnt come back for a while. 3 of us orderedeggs benedict and all 3 plates had boiled eggs and barely any hollandaise sauce. Two were eaten but one waited to hopefully getnew eggs. We asked to get one taken off the bill since we didn't eat it and we were told if we said something right away theycould have made more. We said we weren't checked on besides right when the food came and were told they could only give us 10%off since we didnt say anything right away. Then the waitress comes back and asks if we told the manager she never checked onus, said she's a supervisor too and came 3 times. It felt very unprofessional. Read more

I don't eat here often but when i do the food is good I normally go here to gamble on video poker but the waitress's are ... really slow to help you out when you want to cash out I've had to wait for over a hour more then once to cash out my winnings. So i only go there when all the other places are full i hope you find this useful when choosing to play video poker Read more

Went in this passed Sunday. Nothing on tu he waitress. Very short handed. Asked for cafe. Didn't get till I asked again. They... got are order wrong. I knowest that it happened to more customers. Asked the waitress.She said we had no help. I think if you'rerunning a business. You have got to have people there to sever customer's. My bill was fever. 43 dollars. Give her a 50. This was a depressing visit. Chose to try to support a smaller business instead of a chain. Stood for more than 10 mins just to... be sat, despite being seen by the staff multiple times. Took almost 40 mins to get the food we ordered. Was tempted to leaveonce I saw the state of the steak they served. We were given plastic utensils and when we asked if we could get actualsilverware we were told "Nope. We are all out". There were maybe 4 other patrons in the place, so being out of silverware wassurprising. Partner had to to eat a sad steak and eggs with plasticware. The quesadilla was mournful. The wait staff wasdiscussing how much they hated it there which was very apparent in their service but understandable if you have to work at aplace that doesn't even have silverware. The kicker was the little card on the table advertising to work there. Prices were toomuch considering the quality of food, service, and atmosphere. 8/26/22 1:30pm Worst experience ever. Waitress was not attentive at all.... she led us to a table and demanded our drink order... before we even sat down. Only 4 other tables were seated in the restraunt so it was not busy, the other waitress had 2 tablesand was attentive, our waitress had our table and the othet table was leaving as we sat down. She Brought out the drinks and wesat there 10 minutes, finished the drinks and then she sauntered over to take our order, mid sentance of my order she justturned around and left to check on the availability of pies. Came back and finished the order. we had to ask for more drinks.she brought the desserts to the table first then 10 minutes later a burger came, 5 minutes after that my grilled cheese and soupcame. The loaded baked potato soup was thin, Watered down and served in a plastic to go bowl. Its usually thick and it has atopping of cheddar cheese, sour cream. Bacon bits and chives.... no topping, and a spoon was already in the soup. I gave her a10% tip, she did not deserve much more. The soup was terrible and the manager was no where to be seen. I came in at about 12:25AM today, the Fourth of July, after my swing shift as I was pretty hungry and most places around were... closed or only taking cash. I came in, used the hand sanitizer, and the gent at the front (I assume the one in charge for thenight) was on the phone and said they were closing in about 20, 25 minutes to the person on the other end. He gets off the phoneand pleasantly asks what he can do for me this morning - I ask a bit jokingly if 20 minutes is enough for a belgianwaffle. After this point the details aren't important - he was extremely accommodating and kind, and I'm very grateful to havesome food after a long day. He asked if I'd like a drink to go with it (to go order), I picked up a slice of pie he asked if I'dlike cashews, asked if I'd like the whipped cream in a separate container, and end of the short wait for food wished me a greatrest of my night and a happy fourth, with a smile and genuine kindness. The food was great. The place was mighty calm at 1:25pm on Sunday. We could tell they were understaffed. Our waitress had to run... to the store to buy some groceries to provide a salad we had ordered. Talk about some elite customer service or needsimprovement. Read more
