Best McDonald's experience ever. We went around 5 pm on Tuesday. We got a halloween bucket happy meal and a cheeseburger. I got... chicken nuggets and fries with the meal the fries and the nuggets were super hot and fresh and perfectly salted. There was aline on both lanes and I think we waited about 7 min max. I double fillet of fish had to be made 3 times. My fries were soft and my wait was long. Customer service as far as interaction... was ok. They need to teach thier employees with Spanish screen so there will be less mistakes. Or simply don't hire them unlessthey are fluent English. It's not fair to the employees or customers. Read more
Horrible live customer service. Okay the food is hot. Ten minutes later, an older couple had to yell to get the manager's... attention to get their order at the register. If you are into the McDonald's app and using their self-serve kiosk then live apersonal customer service. Then you shouldn't don't worry. It took me over seven minutes using their kiosk for a three itemorder. It's one on 1-5 near Kaiser Oregon. Ordered breakfast and coffees through Uber at 9:35am?at 10:15 a driver accepted. Then at 10:30 this restaurant canceled our... order (I?m guessing because they stop serving breakfast at 10:30). Couldn?t have made one last breakfast order that was alreadyin your system that we?d been waiting an hour for? Disappointed. Update: Tried again at 8:45 this morning. 45 minutes later theycanceled my order again. Well before breakfast is over. No explanation. Service was awful. Have so many employees and not a single one of them would come up and take our order than asked us to use the... screen thing to place our order. Very uncleanliness and nothing was stocked had to find my own lids. Read more
For starters, this is McDonald's. I don't think there is too much to say other then I think this is a very clean, organized,... fast food restaurant with nice employees and the food comes out great everytime I have been. 4 out of 5 stars only because Iwish the parking lot was easier to navigate!
