As always, Jamba Juice is one of the best places to get a healthy meal replacement smoothie. The service at this was a little... lacking. I forgot to get my add-ons and the cashier didn't ask if I wanted any. So, I forgot to get them until after it was toolate. Still enjoyed the experience. Read more
We ordered 3 types of smoothies and got 1 for free when the cashier took the wrong order. The smoothies are... Meh. Two of them... were a berry mix smoothie which ok. Mine was pomegranate with some other fruit and it was awful. Not that pomegranate is awful.It was just how the smoothie was. The last one was a mango mix and it was really good. I will start from the beginning. First of all I came at a busy time with a long waiting line. While waiting to order and after... ordering, there was a customer Karen lady who was actively showing her anger at the employees. I waited for two cups. One I gotsuccessfully. But for the other I waited for at least 30 minutes. It appears to be that the "Karen" lady snatched my smoothie inher anger at the employees. I multiple times asked the employees where is my second smoothie? At the end of all this mess afterno less than 30 minutes of waiting, they said sorry and handed me an expired free drink coupon.
