I will start from the beginning. First of all I came at a busy time with a long waiting line. While waiting to order and after... ordering, there was a customer Karen lady who was actively showing her anger at the employees. I waited for two cups. One I gotsuccessfully. But for the other I waited for at least 30 minutes. It appears to be that the "Karen" lady snatched my smoothie inher anger at the employees. I multiple times asked the employees where is my second smoothie? At the end of all this mess afterno less than 30 minutes of waiting, they said sorry and handed me an expired free drink coupon.
