After getting the wrong items in our drive thru order, my husband went in to tell them and not only were they rude like THEY... were inconvenienced, but they were talking about him in Spanish, which he is fluent in. Nowadays they?re a hit or a miss but sadly yesterday they made it to the point I won?t go again for a while because not only... they didn?t get all my food completely once I went in and got the rest, the food I got which were mozzarella sticks btw.When Isaw them they were dried and once I took a bite on one the cheese was sort of hard and yellow like HUH?? They wanted to argue with us over meals that they totally got wrong and could clearly be read on the receipt. Saying we only... ordered one whopper when we got a single whopper and a meal whopper. Never coming here again. Just right now one employee istalking on her cellphone while behind the counter with mask fully down. She just picked or touched her nose. Worst customer service I have had ever had. Ordered two meals at 8am. Get to the window to pay and it is said to be 24 dollars... for 2 meals and before I could ask my card was grabbed put of my hand and window was then shut. Once window was opened andhanded my card back I asked why it was so much. The lady said to just wait for order. After a minute of going back and forthshe finally gave me a receipt. She had put 3 meals on the receipt. I mentioned that we only ordered two meals. Was then toldno refunds could be made. After all.of that we where parked put front for about 15 minutes till our food was completed. Wedidn't leave till 835 after trying to be in and out quick. Read more
Stopped here at 1115 am got a very rude lady working the drive thru. Cold fries and this is a whopper jr. Burger patty is half... the size of the bun. Will not be returning. Read more
