Went there yesterday and my day was going pretty good until I walked in to this place (the one by Perfumania). I ordered my... pretzel and the young gal was giving off some pretty nasty attitude. When I asked for cheese she slammed the cheese on the Cashregister. Her customer service was awful. Then when my sister asked for her pretzel she asked if she could put parmesan andgarlic on it and she told her No because they were about to close. It was only 8:20pm. Read more

Walked in to the location near the Columbia store 45 mins before closing and left without purchasing anything because the staff... refused to sell anything except plain pretzels because they had already cleaned everything and was just ready to go home. All Iwanted was a garlic and parm pretzel. Quiet quitters at their finest. Go at least 2 hours before they close if you want actualservice. 8/28/22. Read more
