Used to come to this restaurant for 3 or 4 years several times a month, the food was very well priced, there were so many... vegetarian options. Now, prices went up, my favorite appetizer, #3, vegetarian summer rolls, along with about half the menu, aregone, and pho isn?t as good as it used to be anymore. I?m heartbroken, it was my go-to spot, and now it?s like any otherVietnamese restaurant in the area. I stopped coming for about a year now, and will probably not return. Congestion, cold and cough symptoms will generally alleviate with a delicious, healthy soup. I ordered Shrimp Pho soup online... for pickup, paid via google pay however didn?t get confirmation or pickup time. So, I immediately contacted the restaurant andexplained the situation. Gentleman was exceptionally professional and friendly; he told me that the soup will be ready forpickup in five minutes, not to worry and that we will figure out upon your arrival. Please do not eat from this restaurant. I ordered some pho soup and asked for extra noodles for both soups in separate... containers. Both containers had hair in them. I am absolutely sick and disappointed. How can it be hair in both containers???This is so disgusting. Please see photos. Read more
It?s like visiting your asian grandparents for dinner on a cold fall/winter and they serve you a hot bowl of Pho. Or when you?re... lonely and heartbroken and you just need some time alone, and some warm soup to soothe your heart and soul and remind you thatit will all be okay , or just a casual weekend, having lunch/dinner with your bestfriend/boyfriend/girlfriend. Or when you justaccomplished something in your work life/personal life and you just want to celebrate it by yourself , This is the place foryou! You just feel at home.
