The food was good service was great!!! Probably the nicest Vietnamese people/server I've ever had. The ambiance has an upscale... vibe. Went here on a Tuesday night and it wasn't crowded. Spent $66 for Thai iced tea, avocado smoothie, summer roll, a salmondish, grilled shrimp & pork rice dish, and a small side of chicken broth. Recommended !! Read more

Fantastic and authentic Vietnamese food. The food was so delicious looming I barely had time to snap some photos before the... family devoured it all! I was really disappointed with the service that my daughter and I received at Viet Chopsticks. We actually just left and I... wanted to come on here to put a review before I forget. The female server working today 12/29 was extremely rude. We waited along time to get our drinks and food. We ordered before the table next to us and they got their food at least 15 mins before usthey ordered actual food food we order 2 chicken pho. I asked the female server for more bean sprouts she looked at me with anattitude and said, ?Are you actually going to use it?? The gentleman working brought us out our pho we asked him for more limeshis responses was, ?Of course!? The chicken pho was delicious. Once we were done I asked her for the check and she seemedbothered by me asking her. My daughter and I sat there waiting for about 10 mins then the male working asked if we were readyand brought the check right away. He was really nice and attentive. After I finished eating I went to the bathroom which weredisgusting. My family and I have been going to this restaurant since they opened and don?t remember seeing it in this shape orreceiving this bad of service. Last time we were here was back in October 2021. Good was pretty tasty , the only thing I didn?t like was the spring roll was fried too long. The reason of getting 3 stars is... because of the service. I waited at least 10 minutes after being sat for someone to come with water. When they drop the wateroff they said are you ready as the were still waking off. The restaurant was definitely not busy at all. Another person came tothe table and didn?t even speak, they just was looking at me while chewing food then finally said what do you want. I won?t becoming back to this place seeing how when I go out I want great service. I?m not knocking the food but the service is horrible! Read more
This place could get 5 stars. The food was delicious, drinks were yummy and Customer service was on point. I read a few reviews... about their cleanliness and at first we thought it looked pretty clean. Then I looked up at the lamps and all the dust freakedme out. I looked over at other lamps above the tables and all of them were VERY dusty. Which is kinda gross because the lampsare directly above the tables. The pictures on the walls are also very dusty. Outside of the dust mites.... this place is a goto for sure. Read more
What an amazing experience! My wife and I had the tangerine chicken, salt and pepper shrimp. We cleaned the plates! The service... was amazing. We had been to a couple restaurants in the past weeks and service has been horrible, this place was great. Neverwas our drinks empty and there was always a waiter around to help you if you needed something. Highly recommend eating here,will definitely be coming back myself. Read more
