It has only one floor. I rate this 10x better than the one located at Tyson's Corner. On Sunday, there was a 30 min wait for a... table of 6. Unlike Tysons Corner, the food was prepared as ordered. The burgers we ordered were actually well done, all the waythrough. The waitress forgot to give us dishes and utensils with the free bread, but eventually I got them after 2nd timeasking for them. Close parking outside is hectic as most people are going to the mall, so expect a little bit of a walk. Thechipotle flavored chicken pasta is spicy and delicious. Great clean friendly restaurant. Our server, Tracey, did an excellent job. Prompt greeting with fresh warm breads and... slightly melted butter, took our drink orders, checked on us appropriately amount of times, extra napkins without having to ask,everything was perfect!! Food was good as always! My Mom and I didn?t wait too long for our food and Cam waiter was awesome ???? he was very nice, and... made great tips or suggestions on what foods to try I?m definitely coming back!!?????? but one thing when we arrived at 10:30amit was closed and we found out they open at 11:30 so a customer had to call and check and thankfully we were let in around 11but if the hours change now please change the sticker on the door, it causes confusion other than that that?s it ???? Very disappointed in my trip to cheesecake factory. Placed curbside order online and arrived at the time specified on the order.... I continued to wait for the text to let me know when my order was ready. I never received it. It was busy so I waited a litteover 15 or 20 minutes before I called. When I called the restaurant to check the status the person immediately said ooo it lookslike it's ready. Got home everything was cold, pasta dried out, fish tacos cold and soggy, sandwich which was at the bottom ofthe bag under hot items was warm and milky. I can say when I called the manager she was nice but it is still unacceptable forthe price paid for the food. Very disappointed. Read more
Food was alright. Service was poor. Waiter seemed to be preoccupied with other things. Wasn?t very friendly or interactive.... Didn?t check in us too often. Forgot things we had asked for and we never got offered bread. The food itself was ok. ThinkCheesecake Factory in general is ok. Good menu but nothing great. The food was good. We came in at a good time, so no issues waiting. Don't try to go on Mothers Day, I tried that a few years... ago. The cost was reasonable and the food came out quickly. The waiter didn't seem to care, but that didn't bother me, as longas the food was good. Read more
The attention of the waiters was good. The bread that they give you for the appetizers is really delicious, the nachos with... cheese were excellent as well as the impossible burger, but the orange chicken is not up to the standards of others that I havetried, it had no flavor. The sauce that spread them was prepared with a lot of water apparently and the flavor of the orangewas lost. The dessert as always in this place is delicious. Read more
*** RECOMMENDED *** The food was decent. Loved the drinks and appetizers. The ambiance was inviting and relaxing. The service is... top notch. They make you feel like, you are in a 7 ??????? hotel. I would suggest calling ahead to make reservations. There willbe a wait time on the walk-in. Plenty of parking available. A little hard to navigate to the place but do able. Read more
