If I could rate this place a NO (0) star I would. This place had some very rude employees and they didn?t even know what went on... the subs. I had to remind them that they forgot meat on the sub. The lettuce looked so gross and omg the pickles. The picklesweren?t even the right color and they looked very soft and squishy . Most of the toppings looked old and not fresh. You couldtell that they were not fresh. Also the one employee that helped me with my sub had just gotten back from a break or just comingin didn?t see her wash her hands and she touched her hair before she put on gloves. Then when we went to check out she refusedto enter my BOGO coupon and told me I could only use if it was a mobile order. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
A month ago my aunt who?s a tourist went to Subway and before the lady took her order my aunt had already paid in advance. My... aunt was ordering and the lady who looked middle eastern was taking her order and was so rude I don't know why she got mad andthen threw the bread, my aunt goes by there and has recently and the lady is still working there. How is it possible nothing hasbeen done?! Why hasn't the manager look into it..her behavior was very unprofessional. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Walked in at 7:55pm to order a sandwich. Door states that they close at 10pm google shows... that they close at 8:30pm. As soon as I walked someone from the back screened ?We are closed?. Why is your door open andunlocked like you are open for business. I am waiting for my order since last 10 minutes but there is a guy who is at the cash register making count in the middle of the... day when he should be doing that before opening or after closing. I dont knw how long will it take but I am very disappointed intheir service. Read more
The Good: Service was fast, we didn't wait at all and the food was still warm when we sat down to eat. The shop was clean and... looked neat with the updated decor. The Bad: Service wasn't too friendly, neutral at best. An ingredient I asked to leave off mysandwich wound up on my sandwich anyway. Worst of all, the bread tasted day old @ 10am. The Other: It struck me odd that the binof onions were sitting on top of the veggie line, but maybe they were at too low a temperature; I can't be sure either way. Read more
I have come here multiple times before 11pm and each time they claim to be closed, despite their closing time being 11. I even... called today and asked what time they closed and the employee on the phone said 11, but when I came in at 10:20 I was told theywere closed. If the closing hours are actually 10 then they should change the time on the website. Very disappointed. This isthe Subway in Walmart. Read more
Worse costumer service ever, my pizza was cold & not well cooked It, I gently asked for it to be double toasted and the lady... gave me an attitude saying : So? Like i hadn?t Pay for my food.
