I got sick off my sandwich. I ordered a tuna sub in store around 11:45am Dec 2nd. Upon leaving the store, I decided to eat my... sandwich in my car in the parking lot. After eating half the sandwich, I violently started vomiting uncontrollably for about 15minutes straight. It was so bad that I burst a blood vessel, in my eye. After I was able to get myself together (some what),I called the store from my car and told them what happen. I also suggested that they may want to consider dumping the tuna out. The person who answered the phone told me they didn?t know what to tell me because the tuna was made that morning. They toldme that a manger would call me back. I never received that call. My stomach is still queasy from that experience two dayslater. Never eating there again. Would give them less than one star if I could. Read more
My partner and I have been going to this subway for 3+ Years, and I have been getting the same 1ft long Steak and cheese. Today... (June 28, 2021) we went towards the end of the day. Not only did I get the beautiful girl making my sandwich, and I didn't havethe guts to ask for her number. So I will be going back soon and will hopefully get her number. The sandwich was good also. The first time i went, on 6/11, there was a really arrogant young man working. He didn't know what type of meat was on the... cold cut, made snotty comments about my family and actually changed my mind about eating there. his behavior was very bizarre. I tried again on 6/21 and had a much better experience. The employees were very nice and the food was good. Read more
I ordered my food on 3/27 around 7:30pm. I ordered online and the workers did not have my sandwiches ready during the stated... time. I waited 15 minutes for them to create the four sandwiches I ordered. Once, my order was finished I noticed they only hadthree sandwiches made. I had to return to the store to figure out which sandwich they didn't make and then wait for anothersandwich to be made. On top of all that one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly. Ordering on the app is a joke. You can not order 7 subs on their app. If you need 7 subs then they need 24 hrs notice. It only... allows you to order 6 items. But I can go in to the store and order 7 subs. Or do I have to call 24 hrs ahead before coming in. Absolutely makes no sense. Also they don?t list Red Pepper Relish as an item to can add. I placed an order for delivery via Postmates and they did not have all the food I ordered. Called store and was told the... manager didn't have chips on my order sorry. I let them know I also ordered chips and it's on my receipt. I was also charged$15 additionally for a $24 total order. I will not be ordering again from Subway very unprofessional and didn't even offerassistance! Read more
My family and I went to this Subway for dinner, we got to the restaurant about 9:40, ordered our food and sit down to eat around... 9:45 (my receipt was time stamped 9:44). Sandwiches do not take a long time to eat so we thought we would have time. At 9:55,Isaiah tells us we needed to start wrapping it up because they were closing at 10:00. We were almost done anyway, no problem.However, right at 10:00 we were told they were closed and we had to leave. This is the first time I've ever been to a restaurantthat kicks you out right at closing time. When I commented that I've never been to a restaurant that kicks you out as soon asthey close, Isaiah said "most people don't come in 5 minutes before we closed and sit down to eat". I felt his comment wasdisrespectful and definitely displays how he feels about his customers. I'm not a fan of Subway anyway, but this experience mademe never want to eat at any Subway ever again. Worker accidentally added sweet onion teriyaki sauce to my sub that I did not ask for and then refused to replace the tuna that... was devoured in it. She said she could not replace the tuna which to me is a safety hazard as I could have been trying to removethe sauce simply bc I could be allergic to it but for some reason she refused to replace it.
