I've been going to R&B for several years and my have times changed ! We ordered chicken wings and the waitress tried to... discourage us from ordering them by telling us they were out however a few minutes later we were told they were not out theywere just going to have to cook , absolutely made no sense because wouldn't you have to cook them regardless if someone orderedthem ? The portion sizes are terrible , the people beside us wanted a alcoholic beverage and they were out of four of their fivechoices . $30 for food that was not edible. Waited about 20 minutes for macaroni and cheese which was served to us as cheese soup with... macaroni. The greens were barely steamed with no seasoning. The cod fish was rubbery and microwaved. We returned the food withno refund or apology offered and went across the street to Checkers for a better meal. Read more

My husband and I ordered food from this establishment and we both are very displeased. He ordered crab cakes platter and I... ordered croaker platter for $27 for both meals they look like they both was worth $5 each. They only gave me the back of thefish, which was all bones, no wings of the fish, the vegetables were half cooked and they didn't give no bread for the bonefish. My husband got (3) small crabcakes, serving of a child's meal. If you're wondering whether this is one of those times where an average of 3 stars means worth a shot, you're wrong. I went here... for a seafood lunch. The restaurant was out of all sides, and most entrees. When I did get my food, the shrimp was unseasoned,half raw, and very fishy. My side, green beans, were clearly from a microwave steam pack. As I waited for my food I watched asthe restaurant allowed a customer to wait 30 minutes to place an order for food... that customer left before his order wastaken, as I should have done. Read more

My fish and shrimp was very nasty and tasted unseasoned and fried in old cookong oil. I waited 30 minutes for a fish platter and... shrimp. When my food was ready, I was only given fish, the cashier looked surprised when I asked if the platter came with aside. So I ended up waiting another 5 minutes for fries. Wanted to really enjoy this place. The menu looked great but then they didn't have the food I wanted from the menu. Lol! Only... five people in the place including us two and we still had to wait over 40 minutes for food. I always give second chances andwill try again and I hope the second time is the charm. Hot mess...I wish I could give 0 stars. This was my first time trying this place. The prices are extremely high. However, that... wasn't the icing on the cake. The chicken was sitting up there for a long time and when I asked the Spanish cashier to make somefresh she said that they had to get rid of the old first. I asked her how long had that chicken been sitting there and she said10 minutes. Not only that but I asked for dark meat and because they didn't have 8 pieces dark she snuck white meat on my order.When I realized it and asked that she give me all white meat she dtaed it would be am extra 20 minutes. Not only did she make 2pieces to satisfy my order but she stated that the old 6 pieces that I currently had was still good and could sit for a total of4 hours under the warmer. I asked for a refund and she got an attitude with me. Never again. I try to support locally smallowned businesses but this was definitely a waste of my time. Read more
