I waited 15 minutes for them to give me freshly fried chicken and they still didn't get my order right! And talking about I... need to wait for more of the kind of chicken I want. They really don't listen and check your order. Read more

This Popeyes restaurant seemed to be catering to the Hispanic population. There were two lines open, however when a Hispanic... customer came to order the Hispanic cashier would state that there was only one line open, but would preceed to take theHispanic customer order by speaking in Spanish. Other guess would ask if there were one or two lines open as well and said Iguess two if you are Hispanic. I asked the cashier for the manager and he said that he was the manager. I asked him for hisname and he would not provide that information as well. He did not have on his name tag. It seemed as if the entire restaurantwas being ran by the Hispanic culture with no diversity at all. I was very displeased by the service and did not buy anything. Iwill be contacting corporate headquarters to report this type of behavior to the owner. It was blatant discrimination as I willnever spend my money at this restaurant and advise others to not support it as well. Read more

If I could give a zero for this review I would. First, they were super slow taking orders. Next, they keep calling order numbers... placed after mine. I waited approximately 15 minutes before asking them where was my order. They looked at the board and finallyput my order together. When we went back and started eating, we noticed the order only contained mild chicken, no spicy. I wentback and told the manager and he informed me that I needed to take the entire order back up to ther counter. I told him that therest of my family was already eating there's and he insisted he couldn't fo anything without the order in front of him. Terriblecustomer service. Not worth the one star provided. First and last time I order here. Ordered a popcorn shrimp meal, and received shrimps that tasted like they?d been out the fryer... for 40+ minutes and were hard as a rock. No apology from management when confronted. Read more
