The worse service ever the fact the staff talked about my friend. She?s a little on the heavier side the disgusting looks they... gave her. The fact how they didn?t even want to assist in the simplest things. Yes they don?t take to kindly to people of colorif you know what I mean. I?ve had very disrespectful situations with my husband yes. So don?t bother if you?re not a certaincolor and if your not latino smh. Never again. The food is okay. Very commercialized. Very limited selection and sizes are small. We were grabbing dinner: the 20... piece meal with 4 sides and bread. Paid about $60.00. Not worth it. Again sides were really small and they only had thighs andlegs. To boot, the servers at the front counter were beyond rude. I couldn?t understand one of the employees behind the counterbc of the mask. She threw me a dirty look, turned to her co worker, said something to her in Spanish and walked away. They threwtogether my order, placed them on the counter and watched me walk out. I have never had such poor service. Honestly, if the foodwas better than I wouldn?t be as miffed. Extremely poor service. People that ordered after me got their food before me. Meanwhile all I was waiting for was a chicken... sandwhich, a breast and drumbstick, plantains and fries. 30 minutes had passed when a young man finally started working on myorder except he'd work on one part of it and walk away, then instead of finishing my order he'd start working on other ordersleaving mine to the side. I finally said something and the staff said ok and walked away and started working on other orders.When they finally gave me my food, part of it was wrong. Never going there again. Ordered via DoorDash, arrived within 35mins. Chicken was overcooked, tough, and tasted like it was refried. French fries were... too greasy resulting in chewy fries. Mashed potatoes were too spicy. Threw the entire order and my $35 in the trash. Read more
I have to be honest - I didn't expect the food to be THAT good!!! VERY flavorful fried chicken and EXCEPTIONALLY tasty grilled... chicken! The plantains were ok but the mash and gravy was "old school" flavorful. I'm DEFINITELY going back when I can! Read more
