Food tasted great. They had large pork intestine skewers which I haven?t seen anywhere else so far and that tasted really great.... But there was a 3.5% surcharge fee on the receipt with 0 explanation, and no signs at the register that I could see. My onlyguess is it's a surcharge for using credit card? But this should be explicitly made clear to customers.. Read more

I wanted to try some ethnic Filipino food since I'd never had but a few things to eat Filipino many years ago. The food was... tasty but in my opinion way over cooked Perhaps from sitting on heated pans too long. This was surprising because I went thereat lunch time and business was brisk. I did see that the patrons there seemed to enjoy the family atmosphere and thecommraderie of other patrons because I am guessing the Filipino community is small and this restaurant provides a public meetingplace. I may have caught this visit on an off day. Read more

My wife is from the Philippines, Cebu. Both my wife and I really enjoyed the food here. It is definitely worth sharing and... referring. This is an amazing choice for the family to come for something new and if it?s not new to you, it is definitely someof the top and best of the best. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to have lunch at your establishment. We lookforward to coming back into this area again in the future. Read more

Food is great but the service is not. I used to order "catering" from here for years but the service/pick up process just got... worst when they moved. Unlike other food businesses, for some reason, they do not have a separate line for catering order pickup. I was told though by one of the staff that if you pay for the order ahead of time, you can avoid the long line and can justpick up from the side (since you can skip the cashier). That's what I had been doing for catering pickup since they moved to thenew place until one day, 7 months ago, there was a long line of customers and the owner embarrassed me just because I insistedto pick up my already paid catering order in the same manner that I was told and had been doing before. He made me look like Iwas trying to cut the line and doesn't want to wait. But that wasn't the case. As the owner, he could have resolved thesituation in a much better and professional manner rather than embarrassing his customers. Anyway, my family stopped coming tothis place because of that incident. I hope they improve their customer service and come up with a better system for handlingcall catering pickups; otherwise, they will continue to lose long-time customers. Great customer service still counts! Read more
