This location always gets the order wrong. Items are missing or not prepared correctly. By far, the worst Dunkin? I?ve been to.

When I say I beyond upset! I was just there today (08/12/2022) @ 10:46 am. I proceeded into the store to use the bathroom (which... when I opened the door I saw two items on the floor) but I proceeded to use the bathroom anyway. So I finished up in there and(of course you do a check check?. Making sure nothing is left behind) so I wash my hands and proceed to leave the bathroom. So Igo to make my order at the kiosk and I pay for it and my (boyfriend) was listening to the conversation that SANDRA (wears a BLUESHIRT AND KHAKIS OVER HER STOMACH) was having with the employees about what she saw in the bathroom and they laughed about itall while looking at me (like I did whatever was told to them) and Sandra (wears a BLUE SHIRT AND KHAKIS OVER HER STOMACH) opensher mouth and calls me B in Spanish. All while embarrassing me in front of the entire store. After I just spend money here! Iwas so upset. I will no longer be buying anything from this store. TERRIBLE! I'm literally sitting in their parking lot as I write this. No customer service whatsoever, rude staff, everything is... rushed and they NEVER have basic items like glazed donuts or cookies and cream icecream smh. I came at 820, they close at 10pm,more than enough time to make more items....constantly telling customers in the drive through and in line (because the girl wasso loud and rude) that they only have cornbread....who does that. This is the third time I?ve gone there during the morning rush and they missed items on my order. And they also asked me if I... had cash instead of card because ?their system was down?? at 6:30am with 10 cars in the drive thru? But yet they were able totake my card and charge it just fine? No costumer service. I made an observation about the amount of powder the pour on their drinks. All I got was a laugh. On green... matcha late ice Two things not to ask to them. 1- light ice. They put ice all the way to top 2- do not ask them to make surelarge size cup. Not too milky. Sometimes they don?t put any powder, just milk. Read more
Used to go to this Dunkin all the time, but it?s gone downhill. Went to the drive thru last weekend and me and my partner... ordered iced coffees. As we pulled away they tasted funny, almost watered down or like there wasn?t much actual coffee in thecup. I was going to just let it go but thought maybe I hadn?t stirred it. So I start stirring and see tons of coffee grounds atthe bottom of the cup and spinning around was a curly hair...! I can?t believe that something like this could make it to thecustomer. Got home and spilled out the ?coffee? and took the photos. Waste of my time and money. I contacted Dunkin corporatewho gave a generic ?sorry? response and passed me to the store owner. I ordered sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. And a regular coffee with cream and Splenda. The sandwich was like one... from a grocery store freezer section. Really not good. It didn't taste like it was recently cooked. The sausage didn't tastelike sausage. Coffee was warm not hot. Meh. I'll drink my own at home. $7.## Very disappointed. Read more
