This location always gets the order wrong. Items are missing or not prepared correctly. By far, the worst Dunkin? I?ve been to.
I walked in and was the only customer inside. The staff stared at me for a solid 3 minutes before someone suggested that the kid... in the corner take my order. He did make an awesome iced coffee though. Read more
When I say I beyond upset! I was just there today (08/12/2022) @ 10:46 am. I proceeded into the store to use the bathroom (which... when I opened the door I saw two items on the floor) but I proceeded to use the bathroom anyway. So I finished up in there and(of course you do a check check?. Making sure nothing is left behind) so I wash my hands and proceed to leave the bathroom. So Igo to make my order at the kiosk and I pay for it and my (boyfriend) was listening to the conversation that SANDRA (wears a BLUESHIRT AND KHAKIS OVER HER STOMACH) was having with the employees about what she saw in the bathroom and they laughed about itall while looking at me (like I did whatever was told to them) and Sandra (wears a BLUE SHIRT AND KHAKIS OVER HER STOMACH) opensher mouth and calls me B in Spanish. All while embarrassing me in front of the entire store. After I just spend money here! Iwas so upset. I will no longer be buying anything from this store. So beware when you go in the morning or better yet when youuse their bathroom make sure you don?t get blamed for something you didn?t do. *HER NAME IS SANDRA (wears a BLUE SHIRT ANDKHAKIS OVER HER STOMACH) OLDER LADY WHO ONLY WORKS IN THE MORNING. TERRIBLE! I'm literally sitting in their parking lot as I write this. No customer service whatsoever, rude staff, everything is... rushed and they NEVER have basic items like glazed donuts or cookies and cream icecream smh. I came at 820, they close at 10pm,more than enough time to make more items....constantly telling customers in the drive through and in line (because the girl wasso loud and rude) that they only have cornbread....who does that.
