I ordered a coffee with oat milk. They were busy yes however people who came after me got their stuff before me. I tried to ask... the barista a question and she blew me off. I literally waited over 15 minutes for just a cop of coffee with oat milk becausethe barista was skipping all through the orders doing whatever she was doing and completely blew me off and had an attitude.Never again will I come back here and probably won?t ever go to another Duncan Doughnut and stick with Starbucks and othercoffee shops because my $3.28 was not welcomed here! This is the worst Dunkin in Woodbridge, which is saying something. The service is consistently impersonal and slow while the... drinks are never consistent or even close to what you ordered. The to-go counter is a mess where they don't even put the orderwhere you can reach it, so you have to wait for help from the staff anyway. Never a good experience here. Read more

***NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE*** I would suggest going to Starbucks and saving time. They take forever to deliver your order. It... was raining and the whole lobby was slippery. Not a single smile or greetings on the floor. The workers look like they aremourning. I had ordered a hot latte, egg and cheese sandwich and Smakin bacon. All items were cold, they were stingy on baconand it was all scraps off the bottom of the container, not a single strip of bacon in there. I would not suggest going there. Read more
