been eating at cold stone for over a decade now and its usually pretty good but every time I order it from uber eats they skimp... out on all the toppings I paid extra for. I'll get an everybody size and pay for 7-10 brownies and they'll only put in like 2 or3. Out of the dozens of times I've ordered in the past 2 years they only got it right once but every time I go in person theyput in everything I ask for. We placed a delivery order through the website. Doordash, their chosen 3rd party vendor, delivered the wrong order to our house.... It took us 4 phone calls and 45 minutes (most of which was trying to figure out the owner of the wrong order) for cold stonereps to decide to redo the order and arrange for a new delivery person. I know they are probably busy tonight, but the customerservice here was ridiculous. To follow up, the new order was never placed by the manager who promised to take care of it."Lay", who purports to be the Saturday night manager, should absolutely be demoted for her attitude and mishandling of thesituation.
