Ever spend $40 on food for your family via carryout just to get home (Less than 5 minutes away) to realize that not only is the... food cold and stale, but the order is wrong? If not, order from this location and you, too, can be disappointed. When theproblem was brought up with the restaurant leadership over the phone they told us there was nothing they could do. This is by far the worst Chik Fil A I have ever been to. I have visited here 5 different times of the day on 5 different days. ... The service is completely unreliable and unpredictable on whether your order is right or made correctly. The staff appears tonot care when an order is incorrect or when you address an issue to them. I am willing to look past an error here and there butthis has happened on multiple occasions during breakfast, lunch, and dinner time. My first big issue is employees takingseveral tables limiting the amount of customers to sit in the restaurant. I counted 13 employees at one time taking up fourtables being ridiculously loud to where my daughter wanted to leave because it was too loud. There must have been an entireshift of employees taking up tables at one point. If the employees are are going to eat during their lunch break they eitherneed to designate an employee eating section or they need to leave the restaurant. My second biggest issue was the cleanlinessof the restaurant. The trash cans were overflowing to where the self opening feature would not work and trash was falling onthe floor. I brought this up to one of the managers and I felt like there was no care at all in keeping the restaurant clean. The floor was sticky and looked like it hadn?t been mopped in days. There was food, crumbs, and liquids on the floor. My thirdbiggest issue is the designated employee parking in the parking lot. Blocking off spots for the employees is ridiculous becausethe parking lot is already small enough to begin with. Having an employee parking section limits the ability for food deliveryto the customer and parking for those who eat inside. It is ridiculous and rude to the customer because it makes the drive thrulines obnoxiously longer than they need to be. When I have gone through the drive through I have waited a minimum of 30 minutesand this is not during rush hour or lunch time. I live just 4 minutes from this Chik Fil A Read more
Came around lunch time which was a mistake because it took almost 30 minutes to get our food. I normally go to Chick-fil-A... mainly because of the service and the food, but for some reason this location has the most unhappy staff out of any Chick-fil-AI have been too. It definitely wasn't a pleasure waiting in line nor something I will do again at this location. I give them 3stars because they got my order right, but I got the vibe most of the staff did not want to be there. Read more

I tried to call the restaurant but the number keeps ringing busy So I came to make a review not sure what's going on with this... particular Chick-fil-A but this is the second time that I have ordered food and something has been wrong. this time box crunchedup shoved in the box in and other nuggets just dropped in the bottom of the bag with the sauce on top. Food was good and nice and hot. Everything was very fresh. Good place to stop on a road trip. Mi amigo actually stopped there... before we did. Definitely say it's a win for both us and Chick-fil-A. Read more
