Justin P the Bar Manager is the primary reason I returned to Carrabba?s after the heighten status of COVID. Justin is amazing,... kind, nice and attentive to ALL OF the patrons that sit in the bar area. As soon as I walk in the door on FRIDAYS and sometimeSaturdays with my husband, Justin greets us, serves us our waters and my bottle of wine. He ensures our food is alwaysconsistently prepared for us. I have told Justin and others if he ever goes (leaves Carrabba?s) we will stop coming.Additionally, because I know he will provide me/us with EXCELLENT service I only come to the restaurant when he is working. Wow! What amazing service and delicious food. Was very well taken care of as a first time customer. Management went above and... beyond for my satisfaction. First time trying shrimp scampi, so I was thrown off by the intentionally sour flavor. Wasn't bad,just not a flavor I was used too. They offered a refund, but suggested I try it in a different sauce they had. And wow. It cameout amazing. Been a long while since I?ve bee to a carrabba?s. I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice menu selection. Friendly service. Great... tasting food. Definitely a nice change. Wasn?t crowded for lunch on a Saturday. Everyone was going to Fuddruckers instead. Iwould definitely recommend. Read more

Wow such an amazing place with delicious Italian food. I really enjoyed my tomato basil soup and Pollo Rosa Maria (chicken... staffed with cheese and mushrooms). I?m sorry I can?t show you the dish I finished it tooo fast ? ???????????? Also our serverwas amazing. Read more
Don?t have much to say about this place as my experience was a bit of a rush. Very grand place with an amazing environment.... Cheery and courteous staff. Coming to the important part. The food. Not too great honestly. Had calamari for appetizer and thatamount of salt and grease that is visible on every single piece is not really appealing to my cholesterol and bloodpressure. Same thing with the entrée. I ordered the Mahi Wulf and the lightly breaded fish had a soggy shiny crust. Theveggies did not look fresh at all. Chances of going here again? Very slim. My wife and I had dinner there yesterday. As usual the food was really good. The service was just outstanding. Julian was our... server and he always there when needed but did not hover over when not needed. We like our Carrabba's and go there fairlyfrequently. While the service is usually good, it is not often that I find it noteworthy. Julian is a great Carrabba'sAmbassador and deserves a pat on the back. Read more
