The manager was rude when I went back to return the fries cause there seemed to be gum on the carton and they were in the bag... the whole time, she asked what i expected her to do since I didn't want a new fry and she replied that I had them for too longso she probably suspected that i did something to them. I said to just throw it away, to which she responded that 'I can throwit away' quite rudely. The burger that my wife ordered was cold in the middle. She took the burger back and explained the situation, the staff did not... even offer another burger in exchange for the cold burger. My wife paid for a second burger, which was again cold in the middle.Staff was unresponsive to offer any additional customer service. We will never order from here again. I went yesterday to Burger King and noticed that the cashier was serving fries without using any gloves touching the paper cones... to put the fries in after I gave her some cash she just went and started touching the cups to put the fries and I asked her towear some gloves she said we are not supposed to wear gloves and then said she would put some gloves on just for me.
