I stopped by Boston market today to get some lunch. I had the turkey, sweet potatoes, and stuffing, which was supposed to be... spinach. Anyway, the turkey was not real meat. The stuffing did not have any taste, and the sweet potato look like somethingthat came out of a tube. Disgusting! I don?t know what type of meat that was, but I know it wasn?t turkey. I will never eat atBoston Market ever! Read more

Don't order catering from here, it's a scam. Paid over $200 for Thanksgiving. All of our supposed 32oz sides were actually less... than 25oz each. We got ~75% of what we paid for. Had to go out and buy more food because there wasn't enough to feed myguests. Edit: This is before heating/cooking btw so that's the weight before water is evaporated so the actual amount isprobably even less. Read more

Extremely rude staff. The chicken was very dry as well as the corn. The mac and cheese has a watery consistency. The only thing... I can say is that the tables and eating area is clean. Read more

I haven't been to Boston Market in 10 years. I won't be going back. I went organic. There food is artificial. No organic meats... at all. Mac in cheese was cooked noodles and an artificial sauce poured over it. Chicken was dry. Baby back ribs didn't tastelike baby ribs very fatty alot of oil. No mashed potatoes... I wasn't given corn bread. It was baked bread. I'm really disgusted at how this meal turned out considering I paid over $51 for a family meal. Boston Market has gone really down hill. Read more

The wait time to be attended to was just a bit unnecessary. They always seem too occupied doing "other" things (two employees... were actually having a disagreement while I had to wait at the cash register to be attended to) behind the counter rather thanattending to the needs of the customers in a timely manner. Tried this place for the first time, with DoorDash - I got the Half Rotisserie Chicken Meal. Food was amazing and lovely. Try... the garlic herb butter and you won't regret it. The taste of the chicken made me think back to medieval times, and what theirchicken would have tasted like. Just a great classic tried-and-true butter, garlic, and herb flavoring. Mashed potatoes andgravy was great - gravy flavor was a bit on the weak, unseasoned, or diluted side of things. The Garlic Cheese Bread was sub-parwith barely any cheese or butter; hard pass. The star of the show, the chicken, really captured the star-light of the meal andmade the whole experience worth while. It was a bit goofy that on DoorDash and GrubHub they call this a restaurant by the titleof "Rotisserie Roast" ... but apparently that's been a new thing recently with these old-style places that can't quite live upto their old names from the 80s and 90s... A good way to re-imagine the brand and expose itself to the new kids on technology /apps... The packaging all said "Boston Market". Wish the packaging was able to hold in the heat better - food was barely warmon arrival, due to plastic packaging and a paper bag. I'll be coming back! Read more

The Nashville chicken sandwiches I ordered were horrible and inedible. One was pink and rubbery. Do NOT get the Lemonade tastes... like chemicals. Waste of money. Read more
