We came here on a Saturday afternoon. There were more servers than tables. The tables have devices on them to place orders and... call servers over. The hostess was pretty uninterested in seating us. The host stand had 3 people there just hanging outtalking. We waited 30 minutes for a server and water, even after having called one, placed an appetizer order, and having goneup to the host stand. Logistically these devices on the table that were supposed to make dining there faster and easierprolonged the process of being helped and seemingly made the staff a little to lax. I’m rating this place high because thefood was not bad at the price point and when we did finally get served, our server was amazing and really attentive. I willforewarn that although the food is tasty, it is not really Caribbean. We had the jerk shrimp appetizer which tasted great..butlike a shrimp scampi, not a trace of jerk in this shrimp. The salmon was also tasty and the meal altogether was relativelyinexpensive for what we purchased. I had the ribs and fries. The ribs were not bad. I will not say they tasted bad, but I will say they lacked very much taste. ... The fries were under cooked, and when I asked for a new batch, I realized that that was way this restaurant cooked the fries -slightly under cooked. My wife had the jerk chicken bowl. She said she could tell that the chicken was added after the otheringredients were cooked. The chicken did not have any of the "jerk" or "pineapple" taste. The tropical Ice mango drink wasgood. First time at this restaurant. It was very nice. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. Our waitress was very friendly,... polite and professional. It was Saturday night and busy so there was a bit if a wait on the food and ???? but that wouldn't stopme from returning. I really was impressed and enjoyed. Even their prices were surprising especially in today's economy. It wasnice to get a break from high prices.. I will give one suggestion and that is to increae their menu food chioces.. But all inall I would highly recommend them. Read more
Wonderful spot at Potomac Mills Mall for a flavorful bite. They have fantastic outside seating to take in the great weather. ... Our service was top notch. Monday late night dinning experience, was not the same as usual. The quality of service and food is best during lunch and happy... hour. The management team is always very polite and greet us. However the server at night was not as pleasant. I hate to saythis but her body odor was so harsh and loud. We could barely enjoy our food. My partner is vegetarian and gave instructions onhow he likes his pasta during lunch they make it perfect. During late not so much, it made him very very sick. Almost like theyused chicken and took it out. Anyways I doubt we’ll be back anytime soon. Read more
The ribs were good as always though this time, a part of my ribs was dry (maybe it was overcooked). The drink was yummy, didn't... look like the pic though. Pineapple with chicken was meh, I felt like they used too much water to cook the rice and made itmushy. Coconut Shrimps were good, loved the sauce. Dessert was good cuz I loved chocolate. Presentation was great. Service wasgreat. Overall, it was not a perfect experience but I 'd still give Bahama Breeze a 5 star rating. <3 Read more
The place is very cute and got it Caribbean vibe. Our server was very nice and attentive. The price is reasonable and the menu... selection is interesting. Mix drinks are pretty strong.
