I hate to be talking bad by any means I?m an owner of a multi million dollar company in the area and can?t seize to notice on a... daily this Tim Hortons customer service this is completely unacceptable the experience I just had from rude/miserable employeesthis (morning) was a complete joke I was treated as if I don?t spend 30 or more dollars here every day and got the absoluteworst service I?ve ever experienced at a tim hortons in my 20 years of being in Canada it is sad that the managers let thishappen please if someone from head office would like to contact me I?d be glad to share my experience and not to mention theTim hortons around the block is even worse do yourself a favour and avoid both if possible they will NOT get your order rightfirst world problems right Read more

Love this location because staff are very friendly and hardworking! We go almost everyday as it?s our local timmies. I do give... it a one star though because unfortunately they are severely understaffed. The workers do a lot of work especially consideringhow much they are paid. They had to close the drive thru tonight due to not being able to keep up with drive thru and walk upcustomers. I had to go inside to get our order but thankfully my husband was with me and stayed with the kids in the car,otherwise I?d have to go in with young kids including an infant or just skip ordering all together. Hire more staff andschedule your employees better so that there isn?t so much pressure on those working evenings! Read more
Worst experience ever. Staff doesn?t know how talk and behave with. Rude and unprofessional employees supported by manager on... top. Recently visited there and ordered vegetarian food and I was given non veg food instead and that too beef which isprohibited in our religion and on complaining about it, the employee behaved rudely and in foul language after which instead ofmanager apologizing to us and taking action against her, manager supported her employee and tried to protect her. I ordered a bagel with plain cream cheese. They gave me a bagel with barely any cream cheese, and it was herb and garlic. Not... what I ordered, and after I repeated myself what I wanted. I am very disappointed in the service this morning. I will not bereturning to this location. Read more
The location is close to my work, so I stop by for coffee every morning. Stop by this morning and was inform that the debit is... not working. Person taking order was rude basically yelled at a man who was missing $0.25 due to the fact that he didn?t haveany cash on hands like most people. Nothing else was offer or coffee for those that were already waiting. They just said debitnot working and the only other option was taking out money using ATM that cost $3 to take money out!
