Whoever works on nights is terrible at properly managing the drive thru, I just waited 5 minutes at the intercom waiting for my... order to be taken while 5 other cars got their orders taken on the intercom next to me even though I had been waiting therefirst and for a longer amount of time just to get 2 coffees. Horrible Horrible I've been coming to location since it open. Don't know what happened but the service is disgusting, slow, the... mistakes are insane. Always have to go back inside and return my coffee. Drive thru wait time is 1 hour or more and if goinside more than 1 hour to be served.. the manager is just horrible to allow this serve to continue.
