This location has got to be one of the most consistently busy locations I have ever seen. There is no good or dead time to go.... If anybody around here is late for work it is because they are at this location waiting for their order. Drive thru is no lessthan 10 cars long at the slowest parts of the day. Having said that you have to respect the hustle because the line does(normally) move quite quick. ???????? Read more
Can't order lunch through the app even after 12pm sometimes!!!! Very unorganized staff during the morning hours for indoor... servings. You can clearly see that some employees are very busy and need help Mobile orders are very slow, sometimes it's easierto stay in the line and you will be served right when you paid Food prep takes too long most of the times Overall clean andpleasant location, will change my rating when I will see improvements. It was my first visit in a long time and maybe I happen to catch an off beat vibe for this team of workers. They seem have been... all over the place. Not only my order, but others as well were getting served after people who ordered after them. As for myorder, the bagel had almost no butter and the ice cap I ordered with only almond milk (I can't handle the cream), was made withcream and almond milk. I hope a leader rises in that place. super slow service - 2/10 staff know what their doing. Always yelling at each other. Franchisee needs to step up and fix the... issue, not helping Tim Hortons brand image. Better off going to McDonalds. Read more

Was here Sunday Oct. 16, 2022 in the morning around 11:00 AM. Slow Service. Poor listening and communication skills. Got my... order wrong. Over charged me because she doesn't know what Make it a MEAL means. Charged me individually for everything. Peoplesay this is a busy location, but it's NOT. It just appears busy because the workers are sub-standard and slow. They need tohire people outside of their family/ethnic circle, otherwise they will never learn the basics of Canadian customerservice. Absolute garbage service, reminds me of the Tim Hortons in Brampton and Mississauga. Read more
