Arrived wheelchair accessible door not opening. The place is roped off with no sence of direction. No greeting from server, no... verbal communication at all. My order was completely forgotten and was handed stuff I didn't even order. No apologies fromserver nothing at all... my worst experience at a Tim Hortons so far. Unbelievable Read more
I was here this morning , the lady called Camille gave me attitude for no reason even the man behind me was surprised, , so what... happened I was at the second cash register but the cashier at this register was busy and I had to wait for her about 5 min thenthe man behind me called me to go to first register he says He feels bad I was before him and I?m still waiting so I went thereI asked if she?s ready for next customer but she gave attitude and start swearing and everyone there was surprised!!! They really need to step up the cleanliness of this place. Every single table was filthy. The habenero chicken wrap I had was... cold and the chicken was tough (imagine). How frickin difficult is it to wipe down and disinfect the tables or to mop up aspill on the floor that was there so long that it was drying. Come on. Overall ,it was good experience. No matter what, associate were looking tired but they took our order with full of enthusiasm... which I really like. Apart of that, owner should place one more exhaust fan in frying area because when they fried something itwas smoke all over the kitchen while is not good thing. Seating area was quite impressive with decorations and paintings.Washroom was neat and clean. If possible then they should start music which attract more customers and place look alive evenassociate can work with music so they feel more energetic. Good place and highly recommend. Read more
I ordered crispy chicken habenaro bowl. And the quantity is very less every time like in 4 spoons its done.I Only once or twice... it was the worth the price. This is such a disappointment. For same price in other brands it matches the price and the quantity.The people who work in there is so unprofessional and even after doing mobile order prior still have to wait like for another5-10mins. Make sure you fill the bowl which matches the price. I know its not a huge amount but still when compared to differentbowl places they are more satisfying quantity. Such a turn down.
