Absolutely horrible service and the most disgusting attitude giving to me while I was receiving my order in the drive threw, by... someone who another employee claims to be new! Maybe their hiring standards have lowered because this location used to haveexcellent customer service as well as serving time was much faster. I find it ridiculous that I had to turn back and enter thelocation in person because not only 1 but 2 things were wrong with my order, simple things that could have been done right ifthe employee had focused more on her job and less on giving me attitude. When I entered the location to correct these mistakesand the employee was informed of her errors. she was leaning with her back against the drive threw window (while a customer wasthere) starring at me with the most disgusting look and when I asked her if she had a problem she came and told me that I waswrong and in fact she didn?t do anything wrong with my order. For someone who is apparently new she had a lot of attitude andnegligence towards her job. Read more

Everytime I go to this Tim Hortons they always mix up my order, the lady at the window is very rude and major attitude, I... ordered two bagel with cream cheese but they just put little, I tell them "well toasted" but was not toasted at all, they puttwo bottom in one sandwich and two top in the other sandwich, I tell them to use milk in my coffee but they always put creamer,another time I asked for peppermint tea and they gave me regular tea, they need to get rid of these lazy people with rudeattitude Read more
