This was my go to spot after the one on Jane and Teston kept messing up my order however, the service at this one is now also... going downhill too. Today I ordered an egg and cheese farmers wrap but got a bacon egg and cheese farmers wrap. So I drove backand they gave me the correct wrap but it was missing the hashbrown that comes inside the wrap so they technically messed up myorder again lol. I?m now going have to now drive to the one on Cityview and Major Mac and hope for the best. Wish meluck? Also the speaker in the drive-thru sounds like someone inside is getting choked out because I could barely make out whatthey were saying. If you go through the drive-thru, I would highly recommend just speaking as loudly as you can or yelling sothey yell your order back to you. At least this way you can actually hear them lol and they might actually try to get your ordercorrect. Read more

This is the most terrible Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Had a couple bad experiences but I gave them the benefit of the... doubt. Firstly, their speaker is terrible in the drive thru. On one occasion, I asked for an iced oat latte. At the window, theyhanded me a hot latte with a cup of ice. I said I ordered it iced and the girl at the window took it from me nicely and said ohI'm so sorry, one moment. Behind her a woman grabbed it from her and rolled her eyes at the girl. RUDE. Now today, ordered aniced OAT latte. Received an iced latte with REGULAR MILK. This is not okay. People have real allergies/intolerances. I could notdrink what I paid for! Read more
Extremely rude drive through service. Not only does the speaker not work properly, but the lady working daytime shift at the... drive through is extremely ignorant and rude. Horrible customer service. She charged me twice for my order and snapped at mewhen I could not hear what she was saying, even though she was the one who messed up. Never got my money back. Read more
Friendly service. Usually not busy in this store. I come here frequently as it's on my route to work. Coffee is always good, but... the sausage breakfast sandwich doesn't compare to its equivalent at Macdonalds.I have started asking for it to be toasted andbuttered, which improves it somewhat. GARBAGE! Bought a farmers wrap from the drive-thru and took a bite but there was barely anything inside. Food looked very... unappetizing so could not continue eating it. Service was horrible when asking for a refund. A young lady working there told methis was not a Tim Hortons wrap and laughed at me when I asked for a refund. After a long time a different employee finally gaveme a refund. Will never return to this location. STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAINED PROPERLY! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Read more
I cannot begin to tell you how many complaints I have filed with no follow up regarding the service at this location. The... franchise owner of this location clearly does not care about the people of the community this location serves. Not only arethey rude but also can never get an order correct.
