Terrible customer service, came to a drive through order and asked for soup and a few snacks and they only gave the snacks and... rushed us to go inside and order the soup because they forgot . I went inside to order again and see that there were at least 8people working and some isn?t doing much. not one came up to me for minutes of waiting. I even said excuse me to get one?sattention and the girl walked in-front of me ignored me and walked away with a bad look. Read more

This store is and always will be too incompetent to open on time. They never open the doors until 6:30am or 7am. Instead they... direct pedestrian customers to dangerously walk through the drive thru because they don't care about their customers safety. Read more

Extremely rude employees. I was here on November 1st around 10:15am when I ordered a breakfast combo with a hashbrown. The... cashier was very dismissive, and would barely say a word. When I went to get my food, they just gave me the sandwich and not thehashbrown. I politely told the lady working the food "I ordered a combo with a hashbrown" and she turned to me and made a faceand rudely said "what?" I repeated myself and then she made another face and said "she didn't charge you for it", and walkedaway. At that point, I was confused and didn't know what to do if i apparently didn't pay for it, so I just stood with myboyfriend while he waited for his food. The lady came back and slammed a bag with a hashbrown in it on the counter, not evensaying a word. The lady then turned to my boyfriend who was also waiting for his food and said "did you order a combo?" to whichhe replied no, and then she said "ya because you didn't ask for it", in a way that implied I did not ask for a combo. Justcompletely disrespectful, my boyfriend and I were honestly in shock. There is no need for such rude behaviour and sarcasticcomments for someone who is just trying to order breakfast and a coffee. This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons I?ve been to. First of all, I went though the drive through, and could not... understand what the worker was saying. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and asked to get ranch instead of the creamy BBQ, hadto argue with the person on the microphone because they were not understanding that I didn?t want BBQ sauce. Second of all Iordered a ham and cheddar sandwich, the lettuce was basically rotten. To top it all off I didn?t even get ranch in my crispychicken sandwich, I got cilantro sauce? and it was put in the cheddar and ham sandwich as well. I also ordered a fruit explosionmuffin and received a banana pecan muffin. I am truly devastated this was a waste of my money, will NOT be coming back to thislocation. Read more

This has to be the worst and slowest drive-through I've ever been to. 4 cars in line and took 15 min to serve them. I placed a mobile order seeing that this location was busy so that I can wait on the side and possibly get my order in a timely... manner. Unfortunately, that resulted in me waiting in the specified mobile order section of the store for 20 minutes whilenothing appeared. Once I flagged a team member and made him aware of the issue, I had to wait and repeat my order several timesfor them to finally give me my three items (breakfast sandwich, drink, and donut) only to be served with attitude and having myfood slammed on the table. Did I mention that the designated mobile order section in the store is neglected? They made me go tothe opposite end of the store to retrieve my items. Talk about counterintuitive. Once flagged to customer service about thetreatment I received, I awaited two weeks without resolution via email or call. Once I finally did receive a reply, theymentioned that they resolved the issue with SOMEONE ELSE - is this not a cause for concern if someone else is having the sameissue as me, and thinking we are both the same person with a complaint and thinking it can be resolved and grouping the issue asone? I would not want my name tied to another customer?s for privacy concerns. Overall the worst experience at any food outlet Ihave received in my whole life, I would not consider coming back to this location and would rather starve myself first than everstep foot in here again.
