Really bad behaviour of employees. Literally she was yelling. She was quite rude. She was gossiping with other employee in... different language. Will never go there. A 1 star is even too high of a rating... I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service me and my friend received today.... When I received the wrong order, I went to the counter to let the employees know about the misunderstanding. I began theconversation very calmly, but as the conversation continued the employee began to raise her voice at me. Instead of attemptingto resolve the issue, she continued to deny any responsibility and shooed my and my friend away telling us to leave the store.It is astonishing that employees treat paying customers this way. Every employee there was disgustingly rude to us and shouldnot be working in customer service. I asked for a manager or the store owner, and when I asked for any type of contactinformation to report the situation they refused to provide it. It is safe to say we will not be returning to this location ifthey feel it is okay to scam and yell at the customers. Absolutely disgusting. Read more

I usually love Thai Express but I was completely disappointed today. The noodles were so mushy and salty.

I went to this location today after not going for almost 3 years. I ordered the Sweet & Sour Chicken and the Tom Yum Soup... Chicken PLUS Shrimp, which the man taking my order repeated very clearly - and charged an additional $5.45 for the shrimp. Ithought that was quite expensive, $17.63 for the Tom Yum Soup alone?! Seriously?? The kicker, they DID NOT include the shrimp!!!Complete RIP OFF. I wish I read the other reviews, the warnings were there. I won't be going back. I can get better food at thathigh a cost and not be ripped off. Read more

I ordered 2 beef pad Thai, one spicy and one mild. they did not bother writing on the boxes anything to differentiate them and... the lady there was very rude and told me ?they make no money when you use coupons?. Went in today 19january 2018 and picked up chicken Tom Yam soup to go. I got to my office and all the soup was in thebasket. The plastic container cracked and it was in the plastic bag along with the carboard piece that are.putting under thecontainer. I called their number and no answer. Left my name and phone number, but no one called. In the light of this quick andprompt customer service and along with a soup that is not a soup any longer...
