Absolutely love this Swiss Chalet. Ordered on Monday, July 11, 2022 and it was ready right on time. I did the curb side pick... up and the person who brought it out to me was extremely friendly and cheerful. Have ordered again from this location today andwill again next time I am in the area. Excellent service and food. I'd recommend this location. We celebrated a family birthday yesterday night with a fairly large... group. The waitress was so patient and organized and the food was served quickly and it was warm. We would definitely go backto this location. Read more
Please don't eat hete ,tables are dirty,menus are also never been wiped. The mash potatoe was instant, as I mentioned to the... only waitress that if they use real potatoes they will have more customers. Place is always empty and it takes so long to beserved. I visited this location with my friends over the weekend and the service was excellent! I ordered a quarter chicken dinner well... done and my friends got ribs. Everything was cooked perfectly as requested and the lady who took my order (Victoria) and thegentleman who gave it to me were very friendly. I will definitely be visiting this location again. Swiss chalet on highway 7 in Woodbridge has prime location but is often dead and now I know why. The state of the bathrooms is... appalling. Super untidy and there was no soap. It smelled. ????I just want to let you know that customers judge the wholeexperience by the standard of ?cleanliness? and when you have a dirty bathroom, the customer is left to assume you are not cleanin the kitchen either. Clean your bathrooms plz and make them pristine and you will have a whole new flow of customers. I amhowever happy to see you hire wait staff of all ages. This is a plus. Read more
Went there for my lunch break and the service was absolutely amazing. They were quick and efficient. Honestly wish I had more... time to stay and dine in for lunch because the guy in the take out section was really kind. For the price of the dinner combo itbeats buying lunch anywhere else. Read more
The ONLY Swiss Chalet that I got to!! Seriously!! I?m between Brampton, Toronto, North York, Markham and Vaughn all the time &... there is no Swiss chalet that beats this one. Chicken always juicy and fresh never dry. Fries are crispy and never dull. Staffis really great whether on a slow or busy. You can count on consistency and good service. Read more
swiss challet has always been a very homey and comforting restaurant and has provided myself and family with great memories.... when we?re not going to the restaurant, we bring the restaurant to our house and order take out. the staff is incredible, makingsure there is a consistent, fast pace environment so that their customers are pleased. one staff member; Bianca I believe, wasvery pleasant on my last pick up. she was very quick paced, mannerly and kind to her customers. she demonstrated a positiveattitude whilst also maintaining a good flow! great job! five out of five for sure!
