I promise I am not the person who writes "bad" reviews. I truly believe that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say... anything at all. However, when it comes to lack of empathy; especially at a time like this, I feel it's important thatdismissive behavior be addressed. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service that I received today from the staffat Pino's. MY order was incorrect and instead of doing all that could be done to satisfy THEIR customer, my grievance wasdismissed as if it were my fault. The lack of quality customer service I experienced was very disappointing and although themanagement probably doesn't care; I'll probably never conduct business with this pizzeria again. It's almost as if, once theyhave your payment, nothing else matters and I can't stand places like that. The young lady, "Shannon A.", who took my order wasextremely rude so I should've assumed that my order wasn't put in correctly. She sounded like she didn't even want to be on hershift. We had my son's 2nd birthday party there and all I can say is AMAZING. The food is unbelievable. All of my guests talked about... how delicious it was. The servers were fantastic. They even printed custom menus for our event. They were accommodating and evenlet me have Elmo stop by to surprise my son! They made his day super special! Read more

Have been going to Pinos for over a decade or more. Love the new location and the atmosphere. Took my 5 year old daughter here... on a date night last night and decided to get something from the specials menu to be different. It was probably the bestscallops I have ever had. Perfectly cooked and the sauce it came it was delicious. $11 and soooo good! Great job! I hope to seeon the menu again - I?ll be looking for it! Read more
