Happened to be in the area, I remembered their food being good years ago, so I ordered the $32 "chicken & ribs dinner for 2"... online, picked the food up myself, they were not welcoming when I arrived, they looked completely miserable, they forgot to puthalf of my meal in the bag, I didn't realize until I got home and opened the containers up, I don't live nearby anymore so Icouldn't go back to get the rest of the food. They didn't even put any utensils or napkins in the bag. Also, this place looksdilapidated inside, I hope I don't get food poisoning. I don't know how they're still in business. Update: I deleted my reviewbecause they apologized in their response and I was issued a refund. However, they decided to take the money back out of myaccount (over a month later), now the review will be staying up permanently. I will also be filing a review with the BBB. Read more
How do I get in touch with the owner? I was berated over a late order and had his manager threaten to call the police on me for... theft of service if I refused delivery. Order was almost 2 hours late with no courtesy called from the establishment on thedelay. We all had to get up early for baseball games in the am. I was shocked that he said that so I called my local departmentto confirm that was not the case. I have the exchange recorded and I?d like to share it with him. Hopefully this person caresabout the reputation of his business. I?ve been a loyal customer for a decade. My food was never delivered. If this companycharges my card without delivering my order I will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Years if goodwill gone inminutes. I'll make sure to post about this experience anywhere I can. I'd love to figure out how I can share my recordedexchange with anyone. My family will never go back. My 1st experience with buying food here. The chicken was amazing! Huge healthy portion size of food. I am disappointed in the... Colossal size shrimps. My wife said the ribs weren?t seasoned through.
