The tuna didn?t taste fresh. Everything else I?ve had here was good other than that so 3 stars. The young lady is nice.

My husband and I stopped by to grab a bite to eat on our way out of the store. He went in and ordered two wraps. When we got... home with our lunch we noticed that most of the wrap was old dry tortilla. Not only that but both were half the size of theirnormal wraps. This made it difficult to eat, even after Re-wrapping it. I called the store to let them know and was providedwith at least ten excuses as to why this happened. Including the pandemic. I'm a former employee. If you work here then hold on to your clock in and out slips so the owner can't steal your last check,... They are more concerned about pinching pennies by limiting the amount of veggies on a sandwich (3 pickles or something for a 6inch?) than making a shop worth going to. The same owner owns a few subways in the area. Eastside deli is a much better optioncloser to Portland, hell jimmy johns beats subway under this ownership. Go somewhere that will actually make you a goodsandwich and treats their employees better. Read more
I was an employee at this subway for a year and a half and this place has turned into a complete dump! It's literally like... eating in a truck stop bathroom. Most of the employees don't even do their jobs, and the manager does not care one bit. Mostemployees here don't wash their hands before prepping food, or even when making a customers food. I won't name any names, butthe employee with the colored hair ALWAYS complains about every little thing. She doesn't do her job, she always asks the otheremployees to do this and to do that for her because she's too lazy to do it herself. This same employee smokes weed in thefreezer! Spits in people's sandwiches, and it's possible she spit in other things too. Half of the employees there DON'T EVENhave a food handlers card!!!! Gross right? (I was not one of those employees since the previous management asked for mine) Thenight people also cleaned the big garbage bins in the back once and poured all the nasty garbage in the sink! WHERE WE CLEAN THEDISHES!! Even more gross right?! Also, there was a dead fly in the cheese covered up with more cheese! (I seen it with my owneyes!) Apparently there's also a mouse problem, because there's a big mouse trap in the back of the store!! Coming from a formeremployee I do NOT recommend eating here, like ever! The girls are always friendly and they make delicious subs and the personal pizzas. The new manager Cynthia is way better then... the old manager. Brenda is amazing, way to go guys from a customer that is always satisfied when I go there :) Read more
