Pretty fast service, prices are pretty steep for a sandwich and chips.
Tuesday night drove by on my way home at 7:45, the place was completely closed. Online hours say 10pm.

This is THE slowest Jimmy Johns I have ever been to in my life. I have never had quick service here in the drive through. Plenty... of people working so I do not understand why it takes so long when you advertise how fast you are. The one in Edwardsvilleliterally throws the sandwich through you window as you roll up? this one takes 10-20 minutes every single time. Managementneeds to step it up. Read more
Placed an Online pickup order. Got to the restaurant 20 minutes later and waited at the intercom for 2 minutes before being... spoken to then was still waiting for my food for another 6 -8 minutes at the window. Nice girl gave me a cookie for theinconvenience but got home and my order wasn?t made right. Be better Jimmy Johns this was not even close to freaky fast. Read more
Does everything right. Usually quick to deliver. Foods always fresh and workers are friendly. Update: Driver hit my wife's car... in our driveway. It has been over a year and they still are playing the run around about paying. I don't expect they ever will.Food is good, workers are nice, but management for this company is trash. Absolute garbage. Will never eat here again. 2ndUpdate: 2 years and still haven't paid anything. Won't return phone calls. Worst Jimmy John?s I?ve ever had to deal with it takes about 15 minutes to order a sandwich thats supposed to be freaky fast... because nobody can listen to what you?re ordering without interrupting and can?t correctly take your card number. Some employeesask for every piece of information on your card others only need certain information and it still goes through the sameway..fishy to me. Delivery drivers I guess give themselves a tip on my dime because I never sign for it. I personally used tobe employed as a Jimmy John?s delivery driver and know that they work for tips so why they don?t want my signature and tip onthe receipt beats me. Highly dissatisfied. Read more
They can't get your order correct even if its placed online spelled out in front of them. Since having covid I can't eat... lettuce..so I ask for NO lettuce the past few times ive been. Every single time it has lettuce on it. Not to mention they'redefinitely not "freaky fast" anymore. Read more
