I?ve gone about 4 times and will no longer be going there. 3 times they took my order wrong. 4th time I asked for something and... the young kid told me in a rude way ?we don?t have it? Ok. So I ordered something else. Ordered ice cream in a cup. The lid wassmaller than the cup. I asked the employee if that?s the way he is giving it to me, he said ?yes so what?? He proceeded to smashthe lid into the cup with ice cream in it. So I left. Didn?t take the order nor paid for it. Horrible customer service. Great coffee, great customer service, never had a problem with anything but met this guy here once, a customer he was very... aggressively trying to just be with me and I was confused so I asked for help and they helped me get him to stop trying to flirtwith me. 10/10 would come again ???? By far the worst Dunkin in IL. Not just Chicago land, the entire state. Terrible crew, terrible quality.
