I?ve heard so many great things about Cold stone creamery and finally decided to go get a treat. After asking how to get what I... see in pictures. The young man grabbed a scoop of ice cream, asked me which topping I wanted to add, the 1st topping is free.Then he went to checkout. I looked at the picture of the ice cream I wanted and asked him why it was so different and he said ?Igave you what was free and anything else will cost you extra? so after spending $8 on a scoop and 1 topping I?m not impressedwith this place AT ALL. Me and my husband went to this cold stones and the service was slow they were taking all of their online orders before they... served us there were only four people in the shop and that were servers and they were only four people in the store and it stilltook them 20 minutes to service us. when they finally served us she took my order then put it off to the side and then took myhusbands order by the time I got my ice cream it was melted.
