Well apart from none of the staff wearing masks. I can see why this establishment has so many negative reviews. Im a Doordasher... and I arrive at this 7/11 to collect an order for a customer only go to greeted with confusion and befuddlement by the staff whowere clueless as to.what to do. Employees weren't wearing masks. Or wearing them on their chin. Several times I have seen customers without masks as well. I... will not be returning. I'm the primary care giver to my infant and have to bring her in places sometimes. I refuse put her atrisk because businesses don't care. Good luck. Read more

I came in to buy the Triton energy drinks that are buy one get one free. I bring up four drinks to the cashier and it rings up... as full price. I told him they were buy one get one and he proceeded to tell me I?m wrong and asks if I have the app. I lead himover to the case where it clearly says that they?re bogo and he takes it up and shrugs his shoulders and says it?s not ringingup. I ask if he can just delete them and he says no. I?m not going throw a fit over some energy drinks so I decide to just gettwo. He was able to delete the two I didn?t want so I?m not sure what the difference is. I think he just didn?t like that he wascorrected by a woman. I was at this location on Sat night 2/8 around 7-7:30 and purchased a gallon of water which Should have been &.205. I did not... receive a receipt as the man behind the counter did not have one available he said. With that, I checked my bank account and wascharged $10.21. Shady for sure. I have since disputed this charge with my bank and it will result in a charge back for thisstore. I think it may have been the owner trying to pull a fast one thinking I would not check. Indian fellow who used to workat Meijer. Do not shop here without getting a receipt. I will not be back to this location. If I could leave no stars, I would.Shameful. Read more

Went to buy the same cigarettes I purchased yesterday that came with a 50 cent off coupon inside. The girl said it wouldn't... scan, proceeded to ignore my request of whom to contact whether the manager of the store or R.J. Reynolds after asking multipletimes politely, then charged me the full price. Obviously someone is incapable of doing a basic register job. Heads up to themanager of this location, get employees who know how to do their job or at least have customer service skills! Read more

The middle eastern gentleman during the day is not very helpful & is rude, not to mention I wanted pizza & despite it looking... days old I bought it anyways.. Big mistake. I think it was days old. On the other hand, The night guy has always been great & apleasure to deal with. Read more
