The customer service is THE WORST ANYWHERE. I've ordered every week for two years. More than 3k in business in two... years. Perhaps you should ask why I ask for Josh specifically. It's because Josh, is the only employee that remembers theentire order, and he is the only employee who doesn't have an attitude and act like taking my order is a huge hassle. Everytime we order we have to deal with some huffing and puffing or some other kind of drama from the entire team (EXCEPT JOSH)starting with the owner and trickling down. Food is fantastic. Read more
Have had ray rays deliver to my house a couple of times now. I can not complain have had 5 different things on my orders and... it?s delivered within the hour! Speedy service along with amazing tasting food. Delivery people have always been kind andhelpful! Prices are a bit high but so is everywhere els I don?t mind paying the price as long as I can keep receiving greatservice and great food! Read more

Absolutely terrible service every single time I order from this place. I keep coming back hoping for some sort of customer... service and get slapped in the face every time. The people who answer the phones to order are straight up rude, they try to talkus out of delivery every time. I call to order and the person taking my order is condensending and makes us feel like I'mputting you out to make my pizza THAT I AM PAYING GOOD MONEY FOR. I've called multiple times and gotten different people andthey are all the same. RUDE if it wasn't one of the only places delivering pizza in this town I would never order from youagain. I left a good review thinking people were being over dramatic but honestly they were not. How hard is it to fill a simple... request of placing the extra sauce directly on the wings instead of in a cup on the side? I was definitely willing to pay for itinstead I was meet with a no we can't do that with attitude. Instead of just charging someone and pouring sauce on the wingsthey lost another order and customer today ........ They are shooting themselves in their own foot. My grandsons and I had lunch, pizza slices and chicken fingers with Bar-B-Q sauce, we enjoyed it all. Best $20 ever.
